By making a booking or staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability.
Guests may receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Prices and availability for unconfirmed or unpaid bookings may change without notice.

Payment & Extras

Payment methods accepted are specified during the booking process.
Full payment is required at the time of booking, as indicated in your confirmation.
Any additional services requested during the stay may be charged separately.
Extra bed: €40 per person per night, subject to availability.
Baby cot: free of charge, subject to availability.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 15:00
Check-out is by 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

House Rules

Guests are required to respect the following rules during their stay:

No pets are allowed on the premises.
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed only in the common terrace on the ground floor.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or fixtures during their stay. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the responsible guest.
Guests must behave respectfully towards other guests and staff, avoiding noise or disruptive behavior.

Liability

Antica Dimora Sforza – Bed & Bike is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended or for accidents occurring within the property.
Guests are encouraged to secure valuables in their rooms or personal luggage.
The property reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests violating these terms or engaging in illegal or unsafe behavior.

Personal Data

Personal data collected during booking or stay is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from bookings or stays at Antica Dimora Sforza – Bed & Bike will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts.

Amendments

The property reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests are encouraged to review this page before making a booking.
